HawaiianWeddingShop.com further guarantees the safety of the transaction as follows: If a purchase made from HawaiianWeddingShop.com is found to involve unauthorized use of a credit card, the customer simply notifies their credit card provider and follows that company's reporting rules and procedures. If, through no fault of the customer, the credit card company finds credit card fraud but does not waive the customer's entire liability for unauthorized charges, HawaiianWeddingShop.com will reimburse the customer for the remaining liability, up to a maximum of fifty dollars (US$50.00) per card.
Shipping within the United States typically takes 5-7 business days. In-stock items are shipped right away, but if an item is on backorder or a special order, it may take a little longer (read the item description for any items which may require a longer lead time). RINGS ARE CUSTOM ORDERS and are NOT REFUNDABLE. If you do not understand this policy, please do NOT order from us!
If an item is on backorder, we will notify you of the estimated ship date via e-mail. If a particular size is not shown in the size selection box for an item, that means it is currently out of stock or not available. If we are unable to fill your order within 5 business days, we will put in on backorder and we will notify you of the estimated delivery date (if we have one) via e-mail. If you do not respond to the e-mail, we will assume that you want you order to be processed and shipped when it becomes available.
HawaiianWeddingShop.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We will AUTHORIZE the charge on your card when you place your order and CHARGE it when your order is SHIPPED.
Shipping and Handling
HawaiianWeddingShop.com ships via US Postal Service. Our standard practice is to pack and ship all orders within 2-3 business days of receipt, HOWEVER, some items need to be ordered from the manufacturer and this also takes time. It is out of our control once the carrier has your package but we do our best to make sure you receive your order in a timely manner. Do your part to avoid rush orders and PLAN AHEAD. :)
We do our best to calculate your shipping costs but sometimes it really costs way more to ship. If your order is going to cost a significantly higher amount than we estimated, we will email you the actual shipping cost and let you know BEFORE we ship it and will not ship it unless you agree to the actual shipping amount.
Important Note For International Customers
Regardless of shipping method, international customers will be responsible for any duties or costs charged by their local customs office. Unfortunately Hawaiian Wedding Shop cannot mark your packaging as a gift or intentionally mark down the price of merchandise. To do so would risk losing our license to ship.
NOTE: Please make sure to input the correct shipping address. Customers will be responsible for extra shipping costs incurred should an order be returned to Hawaiian Wedding Shop due to an input error on the customer's part.
If you are not satisfied with any NON-custom item for any reason, you may return it with the receipt and tags in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price less a restocking fee of 20%. Exchanges do not incur a restocking fee. If you need to exchange your item for a different size, you can send the item back to us in its original condition and instructions on what size you want and we will send the new item to you.
LIKE THE MAJORITY OF WEDDING-RELATED PURCHASES IN MOST WEDDING BOUTIQUES NATIONWIDE, CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS, SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. If you do not understand this policy please do NOT order!

Cancellations of Custom Orders
Custom orders of bridal party wear can be cancelled UP TO 48 HOURS FROM TIME OF PURCHASE ONLY as we are not able to easily sell custom items if a customer decides to cancel. If you do not understand this policy please do NOT order as you will be charged the full amount for the item if you cancel after 48 hours from time of order.
Womens Sizing Chart
Due to the variances of sizes between different manufacturers, we have included individual sizing charts for each women's item in our store. Please check each sizing chart to ensure the best chances for a good fit. We suggest measuring the bust, waist, and hip with a tape measure, then adding 1-2 inches to your body measurements to account for movement and comfort.
